HOW DO I SECURE MY WEDDING?

Once you’ve chosen your wedding package and decided to book, we will send you out your contract, listing our full terms and a breakdown of your wedding package. We will then send out your invoice – requiring your booking fee.
As soon as your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date secured!

HOW MUCH IS THE BOOKING FEE?

The BOOKING FEE is £500 if you book photo only or video only, if you book photo and video together the booking fee is £750. The fee is required in order to secure your booking, it serves as a non-refundable retainer and will be included into the final order. It covers CONSULTATIONS, PLANNING, ADMIN AND DATE RESERVATION.

The booking fee does NOT include products or images. In case of the wedding not going ahead we can always put this fee towards a portrait session.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TRAVEL FEES?

Any location outside of our local destinations 1:30 hour ratio from CF37, will require a travel fee for accommodation, please ask for a quote. International will require flights, accommodation and other transport expenses.
